Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This policy explains what MyAppology collects when you use our website and workspace, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: you own your app, your code, your store accounts and your app’s data. We only use what we need to run the service.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and sign-in information.

App details you connect: the app name, IDs, settings you enter, and read access to the code you choose to connect so we can run checks and prepare changes you approve.

Crash report summaries: if you link your own crash reporting account, we read summary numbers and top issues for the project you choose.

Billing: payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Support messages: what you send us through the support center, including any page or app you mention.

What we never collect

We do not hold your Apple or Google store passwords or signing keys. Store credentials stay in your own accounts. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To run checks, show results, prepare changes you approve, send account and billing emails, answer support requests, and keep the service secure.

Security

Access keys for connected services are encrypted and used only on our servers. Access to data is limited to your account and the team members you invite.

Your choices

You can disconnect services, delete apps, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Disconnecting stops new access immediately.
